Male Breast Reduction and Contouring

Unwanted or excessive breast development in men is known as Gynecomastia. This often begins in adolescence with hormonal changes and can be particularly concerning for young men. Up to 50% of older men may also be affected due to age, weight gain, medications, and unknown reasons. Correction is individualized and may include liposuction, direct breast tissue excision, and modification of standard breast reduction methods in more pronounced situations. Men are usually quietly self-conscious about this condition and often feel more self-confident after the procedure.

Men experience body changes in other areas as well. Diet resistant fat deposits and excess skin are often equally troubling for men as for women. Liposuction and other contouring procedures can enhance the results of proper diet, exercise, and lifestyle, and improve a gentleman's body image and self-confidence.
